Indoor HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session using body weight and equipment to improve your overall fitness.
HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardio workout alternating short periods of intense exercise with recovery periods in between.

£40 per person for an 8 week block of consecutive sessions*. The next block of 8 sessions start on Tuesday 12th March 2019.
