Get fit 'at your own pace' fitness session, including circuit-training exercises using bodyweight to give you a full workout.
These sessions will suit you, whatever level of fitness you are, because I work with the group and base the exercises on a set period of time and not on how many repetitions you can do, which means that you train to your best ability within that time period. No one is embarrassed from thinking they can't keep up, because that doesn't happen.
